Does Kamatera offer managed cloud services, or do I need to manage everything myself? By default, Kamatera is a self-managed platform, but managed cloud services are offered as an add-on if you’d rather hand off the infrastructure work.
Kamatera’s managed cloud service lets you use cloud infrastructure without having to actively maintain it. Clients are assigned a dedicated account manager, and the Network Operations Center provides 24/7 monitoring and support across your server, up to the Operating System level.

Do I need to sign a contract? No. Kamatera operates on a flexible, pay-as-you-go model with no long-term commitments required. You can re-configure your server resources or cancel at any time.
Can the sales team help with custom configurations? Yes. If you have specific requirements around CPU, RAM, storage, or network setup, our team can put together a configuration tailored to your workload and budget.
Do you provide help with migrations from another provider? Yes. If you have full root access to your current environment, we can migrate your entire setup as-is at no extra cost. You will be assigned a dedicated project manager to handle the migration. The process is done offline, so your work won’t be affected. After migration, you’ll have time to review and approve everything before scheduling the final cutover, with zero downtime as the goal.
