Type ? Type A – Availability – Server CPUs are assigned to a non-dedicated physical CPU thread without guaranteed resources.
Type B – General Purpose – Server CPUs are assigned to a dedicated physical CPU thread with reserved resources guaranteed.
Type T – Burstable – Server CPUs are assigned to a dedicated physical CPU thread with reserved resources guaranteed. Exceeding an average CPU usage of 10% will be extra an charged for CPUs usage consumption.
Type D – Dedicated – Server CPU are assigned to a dedicated physical CPU Core (2 threads) with reserved resources guaranteed.

vCPU (Processors) ? Select the number of vCPUs you would like to have installed on your server. You can choose up to 104 vCPUs per server, based on Intel’s latest Xeon Platinum/Cascade Lake, 2.7GHz+ processors. 1 vCPU = 1 Virtual CPU Core.

Internet Traffic included ? Unmetered bandwidth includes up to 50 Mbit/sec per month. Any usage beyond this limit is charged at $3.00 per additional MB.

Data Center ? Select the data center where you want to create your server.

RAM (Memory) ? Select the amount of RAM you would like to have installed on your server

NVMe SSD Storage ? Select the server’s NVMe SSD disk storage size, based on an NVMe SSD SAN storage array. You can add up to 16 drives per server. + Add storage

Extended daily backup ? Highly Recommended. Check box if you would like to have extended daily backup of your server’s storage to an additional external storage array and the ability to restore previous file/directory/storage versions.

Managed service ? Check box if you would like us to manage your server’s Operating System and System Configuration. If you are not familiar with Server Operating Systems, this option is highly recommended.

What are the system requirements for deploying Factorio?

The minimum system requirements for deploying Factorio depend on whether you’re running the game client or a dedicated server:

For the game (player):
CPU: Dual-core 3 GHz or better
RAM: 4 GB
Graphics: DirectX 10.1-capable GPU with at least 512 MB VRAM
Storage: Around 3 GB free disk space
OS: 64-bit Windows, macOS, or Linux

For a dedicated server (headless):
CPU: Dual-core 3 GHz or better (good single-core performance is important)
RAM: 2 GB minimum (4 GB recommended for larger worlds or more players)
Storage: 3–5 GB (more if using mods or large save files)
OS: 64-bit Windows, macOS, or Linux

Can I upgrade and downgrade my VPS cloud plan?

You can scale up or down at any time.

When you create a monthly server, you will prepay monthly for the server configuration you selected at the time of creation, plus a prorated amount for any upgrades made after that time. When you decide to terminate this server, you just need to pay for the current month in which you canceled. However, once the new month begins, if the monthly server is terminated, you will not be charged.

If you deploy hourly servers, your charges will vary depending on whether the server is powered on or off. Once you terminate your hourly server, you will no longer be charged. You may terminate the service at any time.

What are the terms of the free trial?

During the 30-day trial period, you may create one server with a configuration costing up to $100. You will have 1000 GB of free traffic available. Customers must provide a valid credit card to start the trial, but the card will not be charged if you stay within the usage limits stated above. If you wish to cancel the free trial, you can simply terminate your server without incurring any charges. However, if you do not cancel before the trial ends, we will begin charging for services used.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Our system accepts credit/debit cards issued by your local bank branch with a cardholder’s name. We also accept payments through PayPal.
